Convention OVERVIEW

SpeechCon 2026 is the Philippines’ longest-running international convention for Filipino professional public speakers, trainers, and subject matter experts dedicated entirely to the craft, strategy, and execution of high-impact communication.

Moving away from personality-driven spectacles, SpeechCon is built on a singular, uncompromising premise: human connection through message authenticity.

While other events focus heavily on the celebrity status of the speakers, SpeechCon focuses squarely on the speech itself—anchoring on the truth that ultimately, it’s the speech that changes the world.

The Convening Bodies

SpeechCon 2026 is a powerful collaborative summit convened by the nation’s leading professional speaking and advocacy institutions such as the Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS), a member of Global Speakers Federation; Yaman Advocacy Cooperative, The Top Filipino Speakers in the Philippines; Public Speaking Institute,  The Best Public Speaking Training Philippines; Philippine National Academy of Speakersa speaking club for public speakers.

The AI & Human Connection Imperative

In the age of artificial intelligence, the importance of authentic human connection and messaging has never been more critical. SpeechCon explores how speakers can preserve genuine human resonance while responsibly harnessing AI. Participants will learn how to take advantage of the ethical use of AI specifically within the vital areas of research and speech development, ensuring technology amplifies human truth rather than replacing it.
